Scott has consistently ranked among the top producing brokers, qualifying for its prestigious Offshore Club during each of the last ten years and twice leading the company in gross sales production. Current Responsibilities In 2013, Deb moved into Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group as a senior investment analyst. She previously supported Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group as part of Marquette Real Estate Group’s financial business platform. Deb performs financial modeling and investment analysis on behalf of the Capital Markets Group and heads up administration of due diligence collection and review for sales transactions. In Deb's current role, she also assists with the closing process for sales transactions by reviewing necessary documents, preparing prorations, and coordinating communication efforts between all parties involved. Deb additionally mentors and trains other Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq analysts in accepted analytical methodologies. Past Experience In 2003, Deb joined United Properties as a senior investment analyst and was responsible for financial modeling and investment analyses of acquisition, asset management, and investment sales groups for commercial property acquisitions and dispositions.
